TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FW Safaris Cancellation Policy and Reservation Agreement: This Cancellation Policy Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between FW Safaris (“Service Provider”) and the Client (“Client”) for the booking and reservation of safari services provided by FW Safaris.
1. Deposit Amount- The Client agrees to pay a deposit amount of 10% of the total safari cost or $500, whichever is greater, at the time of booking. This deposit is required to confirm the reservation month.
2. Refund Policy a. FW Safaris Cancellation: If FW Safaris cancels the booking, the full deposit will be refunded to the Client. b. Client Cancellation with more Than 24 Months’ Notice: If the Client cancels the booking with more than 24 months’ notice before the scheduled safari month, the full deposit will be refunded to the Client.
3. Rescheduling Policy a. Rescheduling Between 6- and 24-Months’ Notice: If the Client requests to move the scheduled safari dates within the period of 6 to 24 months before the original date, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, provided this change is made only once. The deposit, in this case, will no longer be refundable.
4. Forfeiture of Deposit a. Cancellation Within 6 Months of Safari Month: If the Client cancels the booking within 6 months of the scheduled safari month, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
5. Modifications- Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both the Service Provider and the Client.
6. Governing Law- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FW Safaris is headquartered.
7. Entire Agreement- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether oral or written.
8. Acceptance- By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy Agreement. This Agreement becomes binding upon signature and receipt of the deposit. The balance of the total safari cost is due in full before departing FW Safaris. Safari dates will be provided to Service Provider before 12 months prior to arrive
​HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
The guide that accompanies you on your safari will carry a first aid kit. More sophisticated medical facilities are within a radius of about 70 miles of our hunting area. No inoculation of Malaria medicine is required to hunt or visit the Limpopo region. Kruger National Park is a malaria area. Photographic Show Special
Export Permits

Government and the veterinary permits for exporting trophies will be arranged on your behalf, but you are required to ensure that you will be able to import trophies into your own country and that all CITIES permits are in order.
Payment
We regret that no personal cheques can be accepted but we do accept, cash and card
payments.
Climate and season
Our cooler months are May – August and are the more popular months. Our moderate climate however does allow us to take hunters throughout the year. In the warm summer months temperatures will vary from 55ºf-100 ºf (12ºc-35ºc). The average temperatures will be around 80ºf (27ºc). During winter months the temperature can drop (5ºc) but warms up during the day to an averagetemperature of around (24ºc)
Arrival
We will pick you up at Johannesburg Airport and travel directly to our lodge, just a 3-hour drive away. That evening, enjoy your first African barbecue around the campfire.
Settle into your new surroundings, relax after the journey, and get a good night’s rest—your safari adventure begins early the next day.
Kruger Trip
Early departure for Kruger National Park. Upon arrival, begin your safari and check in at Berg-en-Dal Rest Camp. Enjoy optional game viewing before sunset.
The next morning, join an open vehicle game drive with park rangers before sunrise. After breakfast, travel north to Satara Rest Camp, continuing your safari en route. Relax at camp, then enjoy a sunset drive.
Departure
Take one last early morning game drive, followed by breakfast. We then exit the park and return to the lodge.
Before heading to the airport, you can opt to visit the stunning Blyde River Canyon. If you’d like to explore more, we offer the option to extend your stay—just let us know in advance.
